Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • Grilling Tongs
  • Cast Iron Grill Pan
  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. Using a flat meat mallet, pound chicken to an even thickness.
  2. Whisk together Italian dressing and taco seasoning. Pour over chicken and refrigerate at least one hour to overnight.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade.
  4. Prepare grill and grill chicken until done, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Tip 1: You can use any cut of chicken you prefer – breasts, tenders, thighs.
  • Tip 2: Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  • Tip 3: To cook chicken without a grill, pan sear on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
