  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder

  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce

  2. In a large bowl, sprinkle the baking powder and garlic powder evenly over the wings. Toss the wings gently to ensure they are fully coated. This step is crucial for getting that deliciously crispy skin.
  3. Next, let the wings stand in the refrigerator. Allow them to marinate for about 1 hour or even overnight if you have time. This gives the flavors time to meld and enhances texture.
  4. After marinating, season the wings generously with salt and pepper. I usually like to be a bit generous with this to ensure every bite is packed with flavor.
  5. Now it’s time for the air fryer! Place the wings in the basket, standing them up on their ends against the air fryer basket edge. This allows hot air to circulate around them, promoting even cooking and crispiness.
  6. Set your air fryer to 400ºF and cook the wings for about 20 minutes. You’ll want to keep an eye on them to ensure they reach that beautiful golden brown color. Halfway through, give them a shake or turn them over to ensure they cook evenly.
  7. Once the wings are perfectly crispy, it's time to take them out! Carefully toss the baked wings in the buffalo wing sauce to coat them thoroughly. I usually use tongs for this step to avoid getting too messy.
