Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce divided

  • 2 cups cooked white rice kept warm

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken cubes with ½ cup teriyaki sauce. Season with salt and pepper and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket. Set to 390°F and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. While the chicken cooks, toss the broccoli in the remaining ½ cup teriyaki sauce.
  4. After 5 minutes, toss the chicken with a fork and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Then, add the broccoli, mix everything, and cook for 5 more minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve over a bed of warm white rice. Enjoy!
