In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, onion, and garlic. Add the olive oil and spices and mix together ensuring all the chicken is seasoned. Marinade for 30 minutes.
Place curry into a pan that fits in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove cooked chicken and juices to a heat proof mixing bowl. Add cream and cornstarch slurry. Mix.
Place back in the pan and place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 7 additional minutes.
Remove from air fryer and serve topped with chopped cilantro.
