Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
On a shallow plate, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs. Set aside.
In a second shallow plate, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Coat each chicken breast one at a time. First, dredge in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top each chicken breast with about ¼ cup marinara and ¼ cup mozzarella. Continue cooking for 1 additional minute or until cheese melts and chicken reaches 165 degrees.
