- Pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and ranch seasoning.
- Lift the skin off the chicken thighs and stuff about 2 teaspoons of the butter mixture underneath. Spread remaining mixture over the top.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add the chicken thighs, skin side up.
- Cook at 400°F for about 14 to 16 minutes until golden brown and reaches 165°F internally. Remove and let rest.
