Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and ranch seasoning.
  2. Lift the skin off the chicken thighs and stuff about 2 teaspoons of the butter mixture underneath. Spread remaining mixture over the top.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add the chicken thighs, skin side up.
  4. Cook at 400°F for about 14 to 16 minutes until golden brown and reaches 165°F internally. Remove and let rest.
