- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until it’s liquid.

- Dredge each of the chicken tenderloins in the melted butter mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the coated chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the chicken tenderloins for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
- Serve your Baked Chicken Tenderloins warm.
Notes
- Storage: Refrigerate cooled chicken in an airtight container for up to 3 to 4 days.
- Freezing: If you want to keep the chicken longer, freeze it in ziplock bags. It will be good for 2 to 3 months.
- Pairing: These tenderloins pair beautifully with a fresh green salad or roasted veggies.
- Marination: For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken tenderloins in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight before baking.
- Extra Crispiness: For a crispier texture, consider broiling the chicken for the last minute or two of cooking.
- Serving Suggestions: These can be served with a variety of sauces, such as honey mustard or ranch for dipping.
