Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until it’s liquid.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Dredge each of the chicken tenderloins in the melted butter mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the coated chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the chicken tenderloins for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve your Baked Chicken Tenderloins warm.
