Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large skillet, cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Delicious served over a bed of brown rice. To serve as an appetizer, combine 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dipping.
