Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Italian-style Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mrs Dash
  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • Extra Light Olive Oil or canola oil, to fry
  • 12 Small Wooden Skewers

Method
 

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken into pieces approximately 3/4 inch wide and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash.
  3. Next, add the mayonnaise to the bowl and mix it into the seasoned chicken.
  4. Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  5. On a large plate or platter, pour out the Italian-style breadcrumbs.
  6. In a large nonstick pan, pour in enough olive oil to generously cover the bottom.
  7. Carefully place the skewers in the hot oil.
  8. Once cooked, transfer the skewers to a paper towel-lined platter to absorb any excess oil.
  9. Finally, serve your golden Breaded Chicken Skewers hot!
