Method
- Start by taking the chicken tenders and laying them on a piece of parchment paper. Cover them with another sheet.
- Using a heavy rolling pin or the flat side of a meat mallet, pound the chicken until they are evenly thick, about 1/4 inch. This step is crucial for even cooking and juiciness.
- Season the chicken generously with salt to taste. Pour half of the wing sauce over the chicken, reserving 3 tablespoons for later. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Next, heat your grill to medium. Spray the grill rack with a non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Grill the chicken on both sides for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from the grill and loosely cover with tin foil to keep warm.
- Preheat your oven's broiler to high. Cut the dinner rolls in half and spread the cut sides with butter. Place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Broil the rolls for a minute or two until they are slightly browned and delicious. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
- Now, it’s time to layer the sliders! Start with the bottom half of the roll. Add a dollop of ranch dressing, followed by half of a grilled chicken tender.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of the reserved wing sauce over the chicken, and top it off with a tablespoon of blue cheese.
- Finally, place the top bun on your slider. Repeat this process for the remaining sliders, and watch as they come together beautifully.
- Serve warm and enjoy the incredible flavors of your Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Sliders with friends and family!
Notes
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. They can also be reheated in the oven or microwave, though the oven will keep the rolls crispy.
