- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the cream cheese with a fork then mix with the buffalo sauce and dressing until smooth.
- Mix in the shredded chicken and 1 ½ cup cheese and half of the green onion.
- Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish, top with the remaining shredded cheese, and top with the crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve hot with your favorite flavor of Kettle Brand potato chips.
Notes
- Storage: Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. It should be good for about three to four days.
- Freezing: You can freeze the dip before baking it. Just cover it tightly and it will last up to a month. When you're ready to enjoy, thaw it overnight in the fridge and bake as directed.
- Pairing: Serve this dip with a variety of dippers like tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrots. You can also make it a meal by serving it with nachos!
- Adjusting Spice Level: Feel free to use mild or hot buffalo sauce based on your preferences. You can also add some cayenne pepper for an extra kick!
