Ingredients
  

  • 23 oz Ramen Noodles
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 skinless boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 14 oz Coleslaw Mix
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a boil. Add the Ramen noodles and cook according to the package directions. Drain and toss with 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the broccoli, coleslaw mix, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add ginger and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and brown sugar blend. Whisk until blended.
  5. Add the chicken and Ramen noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce mixture over, and cook until heated through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
