- Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a boil. Add the Ramen noodles and cook according to the package directions. Drain and toss with 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add the broccoli, coleslaw mix, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add ginger and fry for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and brown sugar blend. Whisk until blended.
- Add the chicken and Ramen noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce mixture over, and cook until heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
