Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups long grain white rice
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients (rice, coconut milk, water, coconut aminos, and sea salt) to a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a full boil. Reduce the heat and cook without touching for 15 minutes (or as long as your package of rice sauce). Remove rice from heat, fluff with a fork, then cover again and allow it to sit another 5 to 10 minutes without touching.

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
