  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons quality pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups coarsely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine whole milk and granulated sugar. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.
