- Combine the following in a blender or mini food processor: minced garlic, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil until creamy and smooth.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and blend for 10 seconds.
- Transfer dressing into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
