- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- In a small bowl whisk the hot sauce, butter, and seasoned salt together.
- Cut the salmon into square pieces that fit the size of your buns, then generously brush with the buffalo sauce. Grill, brushing occasionally with the sauce (leave some for serving/drizzling), until marked and just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
- Toast your buns and place a leaf or 2 of lettuce down and then a piece of salmon. Top with blue cheese crumbles and 2 slices of avocado. Drizzle on some extra buffalo sauce. Eat!
