Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 slider-size everything bagel buns

Method
 

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. In a small bowl whisk the hot sauce, butter, and seasoned salt together.
  3. Cut the salmon into square pieces that fit the size of your buns, then generously brush with the buffalo sauce. Grill, brushing occasionally with the sauce (leave some for serving/drizzling), until marked and just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Toast your buns and place a leaf or 2 of lettuce down and then a piece of salmon. Top with blue cheese crumbles and 2 slices of avocado. Drizzle on some extra buffalo sauce. Eat!
