Method
- Lay the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour the entire can of Rotel tomatoes over the top.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Once done, remove the lid and shred chicken with a fork and stir back into liquid.

- Tip 1: Shredded lettuce
- Tip 2: Cheese – I like cheddar or colby jack best
- Tip 3: Pico de gallo
- Tip 4: Guacamole
- Tip 5: Sour cream
- Tip 6: Chopped cilantro
