Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Chorizo
  • 16 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ½ cup Salsa Restaurant-style
  • ½ cup Cilantro Chopped fresh

Method
 

  1. In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo over medium-high heat. Crumble as you cook. Drain the chorizo fully and set aside.
  2. Combine the cheese, chorizo, salsa, and cilantro in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours (or low for 3 to 4 hours), stirring every 30 minutes.
  3. If desired, pour into an oven-safe bowl and broil for 4 to 5 minutes before serving to melt the top layer of cheese (optional).
  4. Serve with toasted bread or chips.
