Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Brownie Bites
  • 1 cup Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 tube Red Gel Icing
  • 24 pieces Candy Eyeballs

Equipment

  • Cutting Board
  • Kitchen Knife

Method

  1. 1. Start by placing the brownie bites on a plate or cookie sheet. Make sure they’re spaced out so that you can easily frost them without any mess.
  2. 2. Next, take your vanilla frosting and generously frost each brownie bite. Use a knife or spatula to spread the frosting smoothly over the top. The frosting should be thick enough to hold the decorations but also not overflow the sides.
  3. 3. Now comes the fun part! Grab your Red Gel Icing and pipe squiggly lines around the frosting. This will create an effect that simulates the red veins in eyeballs. Be creative with your designs!
  4. 4. Finally, top each frosted brownie bite with a candy eyeball. Press it gently into the frosting so that it sticks. Make sure each one is centered to give it a cute look.
  5. 5. Once you’re done, store your creations in the refrigerator in an airtight container. This will keep your Eyeball Brownie Bites fresh until you’re ready to serve!
