  • 1/2 cup Milk of Choice
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/16 tsp Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine ripe bananas and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in milk of choice and add maple syrup. Blend again until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least four to six hours.
  5. Run molds under lukewarm water for fifteen seconds to release the fudgsicles.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
