  1. 1. Start by preparing your blender. Add the 1 cup milk of choice to the base. This will help the other ingredients blend smoothly and create a creamy texture.
  2. 2. Next, peel the 1 frozen banana and break it into smaller chunks before adding it to the blender. This helps it blend more easily and ensures that you get a perfectly smooth shake.
  3. 3. If you’re adding any protein powder, this is the time to spoon in 1 scoop protein powder. It’ll make your shake more filling and nutritious.
