Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Zesty Italian dressing seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5-ounce)

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Wooden Spoon

Method

  1. Add 1 (10.5-ounce) can of condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 packet of Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, and cubed 8 ounces of cream cheese to the crockpot. Stir them together gently to combine.
  2. Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the soup and cream cheese mixture. Make sure they're evenly spaced so they cook thoroughly.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. This will allow the chicken to absorb all the amazing flavors and become tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken right inside the crockpot using two forks. This will create bite-size pieces that soak up the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir the shredded chicken and sauce together until creamy and well combined. Make sure there are no large chunks of chicken left.
  6. Serve the Italian Cream Cheese Chicken over your choice of pasta, rice, or even mashed potatoes. Each bite will be a delicious combination of flavors and textures.
