Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Cod Cut into 4 fillets
  • 4 tsp Avocado oil or melted butter
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 Lemon Thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs Fresh dill
  • 4 Tbsp Capers

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut 4 sheets of parchment paper and place them on a large baking sheet.
  3. Cut the cod into four fillets and place them on the squares of parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle each fillet with paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt.
  5. Layer lemon slices over each fillet.
  6. Place sprigs of dill on each fillet and sprinkle with capers.
  7. Fold the parchment over the cod and tie the ends with twine.
  8. Place the packets onto a large baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
