  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • dash salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, chili powder, and milk chocolate chips. Whisk to combine.

  3. Remove from heat, and whisk in the vanilla. Serve immediately, and top with your favorite hot chocolate toppings!
