Ingredients
  

  • 1 square puff pastry thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana sliced
  • to taste cinnamon sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface. Cut into four equal parts and place on a silpat lined baking sheet.
  3. Beat the egg and water together until well mixed. Set aside.
  4. Mix Nutella and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Place 1/4 of the mixture on each piece of pastry, leaving space at the edges.
  6. Layer banana slices on top of the filling and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash, fold over and press edges together with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and cut a small hole in the top.
  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
