  • 2 LB Turkey thighs each ~ 1 LB
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp BBQ / poultry rub
  • 1 tsp Cilantro fresh chopped, optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
