Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Pressed.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Ground.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425˚F.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl or a gallon-sized zip-top bag.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Stir or shake the mixture until the cauliflower is thoroughly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. After baking, turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Once done, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Serve warm or cold.
