Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until chips start to melt. Stir and continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
Pour the melted white chocolate onto the parchment-lined pan and spread into an even layer, about ¼ to ⅓ inch thick.
In a different microwave-safe small bowl, heat semi-sweet chocolate chips in 10 to 15-second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the white chocolate. Add the red and blue chocolate candies and patriotic sprinkles on top.
Freeze for at least 20 minutes until hardened. Break into pieces after hardened.
