- Add it all to a blender and blend well until completely smooth. Taste for flavor and add more almond butter and/or ground cinnamon to taste. The smoothie will become even thicker and more delicious as it sits on account of the oats. For best results, drink 3 to 5 minutes after preparing.
Notes
- Tip 1: If you don’t like protein powder, you can skip it and add more chia seeds or more peanut butter.
- Tip 2: You can use Greek yogurt in addition to your favorite milk.
