  • 9 slices Dill Pickle
  • 2 slices Sandwich Bread your favorite
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter your favorite

Method
 

  1. Place the pickle slices on a paper towel and pat them dry to absorb the excess liquid.
  2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on both slices of bread.
  3. Place the pickle slices on one of the bread slices, and close the sandwich.
  4. If making this sandwich for later, make sure to pat dry the pickles as much as possible.
  5. Pack the sandwich inside a compartment of a lunchbox.
  6. In another compartment or container, store fruit, veggies, and your favorite sides.
  7. Add an ice pack in the lunch bag if necessary.
