Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack blue corn chips
  • 10 babybel cheese
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 red capsicum/bell peppers
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g salsa

Method
 

  1. Rinse the vegetables.
  2. Slice the capsicums.
  3. Remove the outer wrapping of the babybel cheese, pull the tab on the wax to remove a strip around the center of the cheese.
  4. Arrange everything on a platter.
  5. In the center of the platter, place a dip bowl.
  6. Place the sour cream on one side of the bowl, and the salsa on the other.
  7. Use the end of a spoon to swirl the two together.
