  • 450g Baby Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Add the baby broccoli in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water. Let them cook for two minutes.
  2. Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot but not smoking.
  3. Drain the broccoli well and add them to the pan, listening for a gentle sizzle.
  4. Sauté for about two minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat to prevent overcooking.
  6. Drizzle the lemon juice over the broccoli and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
