- Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet melt butter; add olive oil, garlic, asparagus, salt, and white pepper. Saute 3 minutes. Add shrimp and saute an additional 3 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk. Boil and reduce heat. Simmer 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and pasta, stir then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
