Notes

  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy the salsa within two to three days for optimal freshness.
  • Freezing: I do not recommend freezing this salsa due to the texture changes that may occur. Fresh fruits are best enjoyed when they are crisp and vibrant.
  • Variations: Feel free to mix in other fruits like peaches or apples! This recipe is flexible and can adapt to whatever fruits you have on hand.
  • Serving Options: Try serving this salsa with grilled fish tacos or as a refreshing topping for a salad. It pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes.
  • Extra Zing: For an extra kick, add a splash of orange juice or zest from an orange. It adds a lovely sweetness and enhances the citrusy flavor.
