Ingredients

  • 116 oz carton strawberries rinsed, hulled and quartered
  • 159 oz carton Simply Lemonade
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 3 lemons optional
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced (optional)

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Chef's Knife
  • Blender
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Food Processor

Method

  1. Start by puréeing strawberries in a blender or food processor. You want to break them down into a smooth mixture, releasing their natural juices. This will serve as the base for our lemonade! Look for a vibrant red color and a thick consistency.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix together the strawberry purée, Simply Lemonade, and lemon-lime soda. Stir well until everything is combined. This is where the magic happens! The mixture should turn a lovely pink hue, and the fizz from the soda will start to bring it to life.
  3. If desired, stir in the sliced strawberries. These will add extra texture and bursts of flavor as you drink. They’ll float on top, making your lemonade look even more appealing and inviting!
  4. Next, slice the lemons into thin slices. You can add several of these slices to your pitcher for a zesty kick and use some for garnish on the glasses when serving. This not only enhances the flavor but also gives your lemonade a stunning visual appeal.
  5. Now it's time to serve! Pour the Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade into chilled glasses, and don’t forget to include a few slices of lemons as garnish. The sight of the pink drink with bright yellow slices is sure to impress!
