- Start by whisking together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Make sure to mix it well so that the baking powder is evenly distributed.
- In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk these wet ingredients until they’re well blended and slightly frothy.
