  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup small diced sweet onion
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 serving Baguette for serving
  • 1 serving crackers for serving
  • 1 serving chips for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until completely smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Add in the small diced sweet onion and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in the freshly ground black pepper and mix again until everything is fully blended.
