  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mint chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime juice of one
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Method
